I am a psychologist and hypnotherapist with international education and clinical experience.

What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention and inner calm. Many people know similar states from daydreaming, meditation, prayer, jogging, walking, or moments of deep concentration.

In this state, access to inner resources becomes easier, new perspectives may emerge, and change processes can be supported. Hypnosis does not mean losing control. You remain aware and actively participate in the process.
