Psychotherapy
Psychological conversations, mindful support, and resource-oriented therapeutic work for personal themes and life challenges.
Psychotherapy →Sometimes we feel that something in our life is blocked — thoughts, emotions, or past experiences that prevent us from living with ease and inner calm.
Through therapeutic hypnosis, psychological conversations, and mindful guidance, I support you in activating your inner resources and creating meaningful, lasting change.
The goal of my work is to help you experience greater self-confidence, inner calm, and lightness in everyday life.
"Hypnosis can help release old patterns and open new paths — for greater inner calm, self-confidence, and quality of life."
I am a psychologist and hypnotherapist with international education and clinical experience.
My professional journey has led me through various psychological and therapeutic institutions in Switzerland and abroad.
I work in a resource-oriented, respectful, and mindful way, with the goal of supporting people on their path toward personal growth and well-being.
Psychotherapy and hypnosis are presented separately so each area can be understood clearly.
Psychological conversations, mindful support, and resource-oriented therapeutic work for personal themes and life challenges.
Psychotherapy →A focused explanation of what hypnosis is, how it works, and how it may support change processes.
Hypnosis →Every person already carries many inner resources and potential solutions. Hypnosis can help make these resources accessible again.
Gentle and effective methods that allow access to the subconscious mind and support positive change.
Reflection, understanding, and new perspectives for personal concerns and inner conflicts.
Evidence-based techniques for stress reduction, emotional stabilization, and greater inner clarity.
Methods such as Timeline Healing or Reparenting to process experiences and release emotional blocks.
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention and inner calm. Many people know similar states from daydreaming, meditation, prayer, jogging, walking, or moments of deep concentration.
In this state, access to inner resources becomes easier, new perspectives may emerge, and change processes can be supported. Hypnosis does not mean losing control. You remain aware and actively participate in the process.
Hypnosis may support change processes in a calm and structured way, for example with themes such as:
Finding stillness amid pressure.
Moving beyond limiting fears.
Reclaiming your inner worth and voice.
Clearing the path to clarity.
Deep rest for a weary mind.
Restoring the fire within responsibly.
Coming home to yourself.
Learning to say no with ease.
Holding space for what was.
Gently releasing what no longer serves.
Many clients describe the following shifts after hypnosis sessions:
Taking the first step toward change is often the most difficult one.
